Shipping and Returns
Size, weight, and destination of your chosen items will dictate the overall shipping cost. Depending on your location the following delivery options are offered DHL, UPS, and USPS. All relevant delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
Continental United States orders over $250 are eligible for free shipping.
International purchases over $1000 (USD) are eligible for free shipping.
Duties and Taxes are not included in your order; we cannot change the price of items to avoid costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
-Postmarked within 30 days of original order.
-In original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
-Returned with original tags and packaging.
-Swimwear, socks, or any undergarments will not be accepted.
Please send your return or exchange via courier service only to the address listed immediately below. Please ensure you arrange suitable insurance when returning any items, as we cannot accept responsibility in the case of loss/damaged for items we do not ship ourselves. Please also email your tracking number for your package to the store email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Exchanges, once your returned item(s) are received the exchange will be shipped out free of charge.

Any item purchase discounted 40% or greater will be a final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Items discounted more than 20% cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
